It was beautifully appointed with an excellent location very close to Fitz Park and town centre. The grounds were quiet and well kept. Each room was clean and comfortable with what we needed. We were able to cook easily as the kitchen was well equipped.
The living space was comfortable with a wonderful view up to the hills.
I really enjoyed the wild rabbits in the grounds.
The only down side was the closure of the balcony which we had been looking forward to sitting on.

The accommodation is great. Very clean and comfortable in a great location for the town of Keswick and easy access to the Lake District
I didn't like not being able to use the balcony due to safety risks and only being told 4 days before arrival. Too late to find snow here else!
Add to this, when booking on the App, we do not get information about the added electric costs. We hardly used any electricity as we were out most days, it still added an extra £25...to our bill.
Be aware that the room with bunk beds is very small.

Good location with a short talk to the town. Very private and quiet.
Accommodation was dated although clean. Electric heating didn’t work well and only one heater in the lounge/kitchen/dining area that worked. Mentioned to workers who said they would look at it. It still didn’t work. Felt it was expensive for what it was. Had to pay extra for the electric and the balcony was out of use the entire week because of structural issues. Very disappointing as we would have used it a lot.
