Not recommended for elderly

Traveled from Sydney then a three-hour car drive to be at the unit, only to be told it is now not available. No apologies or assistance at all. Rude and very poor service. Out of pocket and was forced to seek alternative accommodation. Still waiting on refund

An Enjoyable and Relaxing Stay

Had a lovely stay at this apartment. The apartment was clean, cozy, and well looked after. Check-in and check-out were easy, and the security deposit was refunded quickly without any issues. Overall, everything was smooth and comfortable. I would definitely recommend this place and would be happy to stay here again.

Still waiting for $700 Bond Return. Absolutely not “luxury” accommodation. Avoid.

Absolutely not “luxury” accommodation. Avoid. This was one of the worst accommodation experiences we have had. The property was advertised as luxurious, but the reality was completely different. The cleanliness, maintenance and presentation were so poor that we left the accommodation the following day and had to find somewhere else to stay. We documented extensive issues throughout the property, including dirty kitchen appliances, greasy cooking areas, worn and dirty cookware, grime, poorly cleaned bathroom areas, damaged outdoor furniture, clutter, stored building materials and a general level of presentation that was nowhere near what was advertised. This was not a minor complaint about a few marks or an older property. We genuinely did not consider the accommodation acceptable to remain in. What has made the experience even worse is the handling of the $700 bond. We were told multiple times by the owner that this money would be returned to us. We are still waiting. The $700 has not been refunded, despite repeated assurances, and our attempts to follow it up are now being ignored. At this point, we are left asking a very simple question: where is our $700? Between the original accommodation, having to leave and pay for replacement accommodation, and the bond that is still outstanding, we are now more than $2,000 out of pocket because of this experience. The customer service has been appalling. Our complaints were not taken seriously, there has been no meaningful attempt to resolve the situation, and there appears to be no urgency at all around returning money we were repeatedly told would be refunded. Calling this property “luxurious” is, in our experience, completely inconsistent with what we actually arrived to. We have extensive photographs showing the condition of the property and have formally escalated the matter. If we had seen the true condition of this accommodation before booking, we would never have booked it. I would not recommend this property
