Unhygienic, appalling service

Nothing.. Service was terrible

For starters we got there, it was noisy with people having a party at the same place we were supposed to occupy our tent. We could not do that on arrival because of the loud music and alot of people moving up and down. When the noise was down then we wanted to settle, our bed and towels were used up by people we don't know. Then we were moved to this filthy, unhygienic cottage with dead insects and bed bugs. It was the worst experience ever. I requested my refund because I had to look for another accommodation and they are just mute. Appalling..

GREAT location... Great Hosts

The hosts Steven and his niece Nadia are fantastic hosts. This is actually a 63 hectare resort with world class facilities for everyone. Do not miss this once in a lifetime experience... You get everything from poolside, resort and self catering accommodation.... If you have any questions please message me... THANK YOU

Disappointed by the unprofessional behavior from the owner and some of his staff

The kitchen staff was great and food was great. Beautiful view

We were told to pay extra if we wanted the pool heated. Had an unprofessional experience with the owner and his management staff that made us leave 2 days early. Did not get the day’s expenses back but was told that they didn’t charge us for the one days hot pool that didn’t heat up and also for the next days hot pool that the owner and his staff enjoyed.

If I were to rate everything out of 10, it would ve 100/10. The place is amazing and so are the staff members

What didn’t I like? Nothing! From the friendly staff to the facilities and all. Everything was amazing I tell you. Food? 10/10, you name it…
