Great location, close to the VA on Leestown. Clean, comfortable & friendly staff!

The property was very fresh and clean. The staff was courteous but intransigent about my principal concern: actually charging my credit card in excess of $500 for various security deposits.
I mistakenly double reserved one of two rooms we booked. The staff said a correction couldn’t be made, but fortunately BOOKING.com immediately canceled the unnecessary extra room. However, Everhome Suites charged me in excess of $500 (for a room fee of $114) which I had to wait weeks to see reinstated. The matter was resolved, but why actually charge my credit card and then require I wait for a refund??

love the fact of how clean it was!
The people above me sounded like they were going to fall thru the floor
The bed could have been a bit softer

Property was clean and felt new. Staff was friendly and Veda were comfortable
The courtyard is closed at 10pm. Each night we stayed there was a guest with friends up until 3-4 am. His laughter was so loud we couldnt sleep. We asked about closing the courtyard it to no avail.
