The location is near almost all the places I like to go. I am a light sleeper and this apartment is in the lively area so my ear plug and sleep mask brought me decent sleep. This apartment is not big but I feel comfortable in this bright and cozy space.
I have already booked this apartment for my next trip to Paris.

今回、パリ中心地のアパルトマンを選んで本当に大正解でした。
周辺には飲食店が多く、様々な方面への地下鉄のアクセスも抜群で、オペラ座やルーヴル美術館へも徒歩圏内。当初はエッフェル塔の夜景が見える宿を探していましたが、実際に過ごしてみると、パリ中心地ならではの利便性の高さを実感しました。
今回は10日間の長期滞在でしたが、近くの「モノプリ オペラ店」へ徒歩で生活用品、食料品の買い出しに行けたのも助かりました。
パリといえばクロワッサンのお店も徒歩圏内で5件ほど行きました。
設備面も充実しており、バストイレ別で、冷蔵庫も日本の一般的なホテルより大きめ。何よりドラム式洗濯乾燥機があったのが非常に便利でした。エアコンと暖房も完備されていたため快適で、「次回もまたここに泊まりたい」と思える滞在になりました。
ちなみに備品としては、トイレットペーパー3個、フェイスタオル2枚、バスタオル2枚のほか、食器類・カトラリー（ナイフ、フォーク、スプーン）、電子レンジが用意されていました。
水道水は硬水のため少しクセがありますが、慣れたら全然飲めました。ただ、アパルトマン建物の水道管が古いため水道を15秒くらい出してから呑むと問題ない。すぐ呑むと匂いが少しした。
あとまな板があれば嬉しかったかな。

Positions was wonderful . Very easy to get into building and room. Lift wonderful. Just maybe I pot to heat something on cooker please.

Al sesto piano aveva per fortuna l'ascensore e quando ho detto del freddo mi hanno portato una coperta. C'erano tutte le cose necessarie anche se non le ho utilizzate.
Un odoro sgradevole dal water che l'host ha scritto di non saperne!! Strano perché era proprio un problema di tutto il condominio. Dovevo tenere sempre la finestra del bagno aperta e soffrire il freddo. In generale non valeva il costo, vecchio e non piacevole, avrebbe bisogno di un minimo di ristrutturazione, dalle foto sembrava diverso, il bagno è stato photoshoppato. Il lavandino era piccolo e scomodo mentre dalle foto sembra tutta un'altra cosa. Inoltre non c'era la privacy perché la tenda della finestra vicina al letto lasciava una buona parte di visuale esposta ai vicini. In generale 4 notti (di cui una NON utilizzata per cancellazione volo) non valevano 800 euro.
