All in all the flat is well equipped and modern, as good as new, location is great. We like the flat.

Location was great, 5 minutes walk to La concha beach and 10 minutes to the old town, the bus station is also near by.

There were no instructions on the instructions book on how to use the heating. It was middle of May and was cold in San Sebastián 15 degrees during the day so was in the flat! The dial on the heating box didn’t do anything. We were out during the day, the apartment was cold in the evenings. We wore all our long sleeves and wrapped up in the blankets provided to watch TV.

Bring your own Toilet Paper etc.

Eine gute Lage.

Das Bett war schmal, nur 1,40, dafür hat das Plastik der Matratzenauflage fröhlich geknistert. In der Küche gab es weder Salz, Pfeffer, Zucker, Kaffee, Tee, Wasser für den ersten Tag, bring your own! (falls jetzt jemand schon eine Einkaufsliste erstellt: für die Espressomaschine braucht man gemahlenen Kaffee ;-) Für einen 5-tägigen Aufenthalt stehen nur 2 kleine und 2 große Handtücher bereit, für uns zu wenig. Eine Unterkunft, die ihre Strandnähe herausstreicht, aber keine Liegetücher für den Strand bereitstellt? Was ist das! Bring your own? Bring your own setzt sich fort beim WC-Papier: weniger als 2 Rollen für 5 Tage? Die Wohnung liegt im Erdgeschoss zum Innenhof. Alarmanlage ist zwar vorhanden, dennoch bleibt ein Gefühl der Unsicherheit. Kein Safe. Es war etwas an der Wand montiert, das wie eine Steuerung für die Heizung/Klimaanlage aussieht, hat aber nichts bewirkt, es war relativ heiß und stickig. Die Wohnung ist etwas abgewohnt, Sprünge in der Duschtasse, Sofa nicht allzu sauber. Die Terrasse war staubig, es lagen Zigarettenstummel herum, wir wollten sie nicht benutzen. (Immerhin hat die Agentur - nachdem sie uns zunächst abwimmeln wollten - Handtücher, Strandtücher, Polsterüberzüge, WC-Papier bereitgestellt. Der Transport von der Agentur zur Wohnung allerdings: Do it yourself)
