Very nice place to stay in Osaka. Close to Namba station. The apartment is very clean and nice, and the service is amazing. Highly recommend!
Had some trouble to find the code for the door outside when we arrive. But someone helpt us.

The property was really nice, good size and really good location. It had everything we needed and we felt safe here too.
There was no issue with the property however I would like to offer a recommendation. I found the contact slightly overwhelming as I was getting messages daily prior to our stay and also messages afterwards. I understand this may be due to them not having a reception and wanting to keep the communication flowing but I personally found it a bit overwhelming. However, the stay was wonderful and we had a great time and would recommend to others.

Il letto e la stanza sono per una persona. In due saremmo stati stretti. L’armadio è occupato dall’aspirapolvere e dalle coperte, non è utilizzabile. Il letto è scomodo e penso sia necessario almeno un topper, si sentono tutte le cuciture. Ho segnalato a chi cura la gestione delle stanze di aver trovato il pavimento sporco. Hanno detto che sarebbe passato qualcuno, onestamente non credo sia stato così: mi hanno chiesto mille testimonianze fotografiche e richiesta specifiche, mi hanno chiesto di evidenziare i punti che volevo pulissero - nel mondo, come anche in giappone, se è sporco si pulisce, punto. Non avrei dovuto nemmeno aver bisogno di richiederlo. L ho trovato solo un escamotage per giustificare il fatto che non avrebbero pulito e onestamente non ho notato differenza fra prima e dopo l’ipotetica pulizia. La lavatrice era uno dei motivi per cui ho scelto la stanza, ma poco distante c è una lavanderia a gettoni. Le spiegazioni per accedere alla stanza non sono chiarissime, preparatevi prima di salire perchè fa caldo e non si respira sul pianerottolo del piano. C è un codice per accere alla struttura, trovate il numero di stanza per il piano e abbiate il pin per aprire il locker a portata di mano. Il locker si apre in un modo preciso che vi fanno vedere in foto. La porta ha una doppia chiusura, sopra e sotto la maniglia centrale va tirata per aprire.
