Comfortable room
Staff were not very helpful. I asked if it would be possible for a late checkout and was told it would be an extra £90 for one hour!!!
Dining area is really unwelcoming for a 4 star. I asked for some water and was told to go and collect it myself from the bar area.
The whole feeling I got was style over substance.... I wouldn't go back, which is unusual for me. As this was the 9th hotel of our trip to Japan this was by far our less impressive one and by far the most expensive
