About this apartment rental
Make the most of Cannes outdoors: dine on your private wrap-around balcony, enjoy the Mediterranean view and stroll to La Croisette. Managed by the family-owned LB Vacation Rentals team, this two-bedroom apartment is in a private residence at 19 rue du Canada, approximately 1 minute from La Croisette, beaches, luxury boutiques and fine dining near the iconic Hotel Carlton.
• The apartment is on the second floor with an elevator; there is one step at the building entrance.
• Floor-to-ceiling windows bring light into the generous open-plan living, kitchen and dining area and open onto the balcony.
• The fully equipped kitchen has a breakfast bar.
• The exclusive 25 m² wrap-around balcony has outdoor seating and an alfresco dining table.
• The apartment accommodates up to 4 people.
• One bedroom has a queen-size bed measuring 160 x 200 cm and a 43-inch television; the second has two 90 x 190 cm single beds and a 43-inch television.
• There are two shower rooms; both toilets are in separate rooms, outside the shower rooms.
• Renovated in May 2023, the apartment combines thoughtful design with high-quality furnishings.
• Couches, chairs, a 65-inch cable television and 8 Gbit fibre Internet/Wi-Fi make the living area a place to unwind or keep connected.
• Complimentary coffee and tea are provided, and a high chair is available in the apartment.
A cot and baby bath are available. Please request the cot mattress and cot linen before arrival.
Self check-in is available using a key lockbox. Free private underground parking is included, with a maximum vehicle height of 1.90 m. The central location makes Cannes easy to explore on foot without a car.

We had a great stay at Cannes and living in this wonderful Apartment just in 2 Minutes distance from the famous Croisette made it even greater!The all-round glass front with the surrounding balcony let the spring sun in, and gives a breathtaking view to the Art-Deco Hotel in the neighbourhood and even to the sea.The facilities are very well maintained and the apartment is stuffed with tastefull furniture and good matrasses.Fabien Legland and his team fullfilled every whish and solved every issue in shortest time.We are thinking to return next year!

Everything about the apartment was exactly as described, which is excellent. The check in was a little strange but ok in the end. No complaint’s excellent apartment and service.
