The entire home is yours, including the side yard with BBQ and all the outdoor spaces, plus the Signature at PGA West amenities: the heated pool, spa, fitness center and BBQ area.



The Neighborhood:

PGA West sits in the heart of La Quinta, surrounded by the Santa Rosa Mountains, with a relaxed resort feel. There are six championship golf courses by designers like Jack Nicklaus and Arnold Palmer, plus pools, fitness centers, walking trails and lake views.



Old Town La Quinta: 10 to 15 minutes, with boutique shops, art galleries and restaurants

Empire Polo Club and the festival grounds: 10 to 15 minutes

Indian Wells Tennis Garden: about 20 minutes

Palm Springs Airport: about 40 minutes

Downtown Palm Springs: about 45 minutes

Joshua Tree National Park (south entrance): about an hour



Getting Around:

You'll have a 2-car garage plus parking in front of and behind it, room for up to 4 vehicles, and street parking is available too. As a guest of gated PGA West, you get direct access to the golf courses and resort amenities. Check-in is handled by on-site security staff at the community gate.

Please note that we require all guests to sign a liability waiver to stay in the home. This is a requirement of our insurance provider.



★ Does the property have a private pool or spa? ★

There is no private pool at the home, but the resort-style heated community pool and spa at Signature at PGA West are steps away and included in your stay. They are heated from October to May, with clubhouse hours of 5:30am to 10:00pm.



★ What are the additional fees? ★

Pets are $150 per animal. Access to the community pool, spa, fitness center and BBQ area is included at no extra charge.



★ What is the parking situation? ★

There is a two-car garage plus additional parking in front of and behind the garage - room for up to four vehicles. The HOA prohibits guest street parking, and no trailers, RVs, boats or commercial vehicles are permitted.



★ Is the property pet-friendly? ★

Yes - pets are welcome for a $150 fee per animal. We kindly ask that they are kept off the beds and sofas. If pet hair is found on a bed, a $150 additional cleaning fee applies per bed.



★ Are there any noise restrictions or quiet hours? ★

Yes - quiet hours are between 10pm and 8am under the City of La Quinta ordinance.



★ Is early check-in or late check-out available? ★

We are no longer able to offer early check-in or late check-out. If you would like extra time at the start or end of your stay, please book the night before or the night after - that way the home is yours for the whole day and there is no rush at either end.



★ Are there any restrictions on the number of guests or visitors? ★

Yes - we cannot have more people staying than the number posted on the listing. Parties and events are strictly prohibited. We require contact details for all adults staying at the property.



★ Is this a good property for events or celebrations? ★

No. Signature at PGA West is a residential gated community and parties and events are strictly prohibited. Guests looking for a peaceful, relaxing stay will love the home and the neighbourhood.



★ What supplies are provided? ★

We provide roughly a week's worth of essentials to get you started - toiletries, paper goods and basic cleaning supplies. For longer stays, or if you get through them sooner, you're welcome to top up with whatever you prefer.



Please keep the pool key/fob in a safe place and return it to its designated location before check-out. Lost or unreturned keys/fobs are subject to a $250-$300 replacement fee.

NON-SMOKING POLICY: This is a strictly non-smoking property. Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the property or on the premises, including the garden and outdoor areas. If you wish to smoke, please do so on the street, away from the house.
