Beautiful, modern 2-room apartment with a lake view on the 4th floor, right on the promenade, with a south-facing balcony

-Living room: Sleeper sofa (140x200), flat-screen TV/stereo, dining area with 4 chairs
- Bedroom: Double bed (90x200) (adjustable slatted frame), but accessible only from one side. The other side is against the wall. (It is not possible to reposition the bed; otherwise, the door will no longer open.)
- Separate kitchen: built-in kitchen with ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, refrigerator with 3-star freezer compartment, dishwasher, kettle, coffee maker, and toaster.
- Bathroom: Shower, toilet.
- Hallway: Large wardrobe, limited storage space

- Non-smoking
- Dogs allowed
- Wi-Fi: Yes
- Parking space: No. 406 directly in front of the house
- Bicycle storage room for general use. Guest bicycles must be marked with a sticker (available at the office).
