This popular building is located at the western end of the seaside resort of Bansin, in the second row of the beautiful Bergstraße and next to the beech forest. The comfortable amenities—including an elevator, underground parking, and on-site parking spaces (included)—leave nothing to be desired. Twenty-four beautiful apartments (completed in 1998), each with cozy, individually designed interiors, look forward to your visit.
Villa Margot is just 50 meters from the beach and the promenade and is also an ideal starting point for exploring the imperial spas as well as the inland region, rich in forests and lakes. There is beach access right in front of the house.

The separate bedroom features a double bed, a spacious closet, and plenty of room for your personal belongings. The naturally lit bathroom includes a shower.
The accommodations are quietly located on the outskirts of the seaside resort of Bansin. The beautiful beach and the Baltic Sea are just a stone’s throw away, and the town center is about 500 meters away. The perfect starting point for you and your pet.
A free outdoor parking space next to the house is also available. Bicycles you bring with you or rent can be stored in the underground garage.
