Dirty , bed lined all wet , stained on walls and all over carpets, not ready on scheduled arrival

Shameful definitely not a luxury

Nothing the bed was broke and I have a sore back now as was left to sleep init for 2 nights

Not happy at all with our experience as a single mother trying to give my daughters a lovely trip away they have bad anxiety and the apartment has shattered their experience, the apartment had so many faults as soon as we got in there was so many unknown marks all over the walls/floors in all rooms, the beds had slats missing and was told they would fix them the same night which they didnt then the next day and still didnt fix them so both nights we had to sleep in the beds that was missing slats, the fire alarm weren't even in their place but still beeping which kept us up all night the sliding door didnt lock properly and blinds weren't working properly, one of the toilets didnt flush so we had to all use the bathroom in the bedroom, on the included it said the bathrooms come with all toiletries but we had to go out and buy everything as there wasnt, telly screen is popping out, chest of drawer legs are bent, there was a knife ontop of the kitchen cupboards that fell and just missed my daughters head when she opened the cupboard, a glass was chipped that nearly hurt my younger daughters lip but i seen it in time, the microwave leg is missing so is tipped, no can opener and i had to unclog the sink in kitchen there was people smoking weed above us so we couldnt enjoy the balcony area, no seats on the roof terrace.

Wouldn’t reccomend if your looking for a place that’s not broken, dirty and you would like to cook

Not much, the location was good and the apartment block itself looks nice, the aesthetic of the apartment was okay

Door handle broke every single time we entered or left the property had to shove it back on and hope we didn’t get locked out (the owner blamed everything on the previous owners however the reviews said it all) Tv remote didn’t work properly had to press the button 10 times for the tv to do anything Table outside was broken toilet seats were broken and had hairs all over the back of the toilet as we entered the property- it was obvious the place hasn’t been cleaned Gap in the bedroom door so if your sitting the living room you can see what’s going on it the bedroom There was Hole in the wall in the bedroom Pink stains all on the carpets There was Hair on the beds before we even touched them and when we asked the cleaner to come back and clean it, she wasn’t even going to change the bed until we asked Can’t open blind in bedroom it’s broken No towels to shower so we had to wait until after check out for the owner to bring us towels which he then tried to use against me No tray to put anything in the oven The cups in the cupboard were all Sticky After the owner saying he was going to offer me a small amount of my money back, I would get a date and then be ignored and no money would be sent until I had to call him constantly not worth the £350 we paid at all

We unfortunately didn’t stay in this particular property due to a leak in this one, however we was moved to something very similar just slightly out the way. It was great, clean and very easy to get about

The person who runs the stays at these properties are difficult to get hold of, not very informative and when trying to leave the property you are waiting for instructions for quiet some time
