Existiam vários imóveis que ficavam na travessa da Rua Atlântica pela 1/2 do preço!
Depois de ter sido enganada, não tem como gostar de nada!

O PREDIO ESTÁ EM OBRAS!
Nao fomos avisados sobre isso!
Demoramos mais de 1h para conseguir entrar no prédio!!!!
Se nao fosse a ajuda do garçom do restaurante vizinho a gente nunca conseguiria entrar no prédio!
Não tinha interfone e nem campainha!
E o porteiro parecia que estava dormindo!
Cobertor sujo!
Todas panelas estavam bem velhas e nojentas!
Não tinha faca simples para cortar os alimentos!
Chuveiros são elétricos! Dos 3 banheiros só um que saia água quente!
3 controles remotos não funcionavam pq estavam com pilhas velhas! (Depois que reclamei, eles trocaram no dia seguinte)
Não tem filtro de água
Não tem shampoo, condicionador e sabonete
1 quarto não tem ar-condicionado com sistema de aquecimento!
O rapaz do Coanfitrião mesmo eu ter reclamando que NÃO ERA PÉ NA AREIA, ele não fez nada!

Minha mãe é idosa teve que andar bastante até a praia!
Morremos de medo de travessa de Av e esse é pior! Porque fica na RUA DE TRÁS!
Ele induz você ao erro, pois o endereço está na RUA ATLÂNTICA!
Nenhum local está escrito que a portaria da entrada é na RUA DE TRÁS!!!

Fui tentar minha 1ª e ultima experiência em alugar apartamento!!!
Não sei se o culpado é o dono ou a imobiliária que cuida desse imóvel!
O rapaz disse que tem uma passagem que dá para cortar caminho, mas vc pode ver na foto que está em obras é impossibilitado de trafegar!
Pode ver tbm que estão sem interfone e campainha!
