Perfect home away from home ! The house, the garden, the location - it was just a perfect vacation

We liked everything. The location was just perfect. The house, the agency, everything was very nice. The house was clean, spacious, secure. We felt like at home .

Un horno sin ventilación ni seguridad

Lo único bueno De la Villa es que está relativamente cerca de ciutadela.

⭐☆☆☆☆ — No apta para verano Llevábamos meses ilusionadas con este viaje a Menorca y la experiencia en la villa lo ha empañado considerablemente. Voy a ser honesta porque creo que quien la alquile en verano tiene derecho a saber lo que se va a encontrar. 🌡️ CALOR INSOPORTABLE La casa no tiene ningún tipo de aislamiento térmico. Funciona como un horno: acumula el calor del día y no lo libera. Con temperaturas exteriores nocturnas de 25 grados, dentro de la villa había 32 grados a la una y media de la madrugada. Dormimos fatal durante toda la estancia. Soy de Sevilla, estoy acostumbrada al calor extremo, y jamás he pasado tanto calor dentro de una casa de madrugada. 🔧 VENTILADORES DE TECHO DE ADORNO Los ventiladores de techo que se ven en las fotos no funcionan. Ninguno. Son puramente decorativos. 🔓 SEGURIDAD INEXISTENTE La villa no tiene rejas en las ventanas. El dilema cada noche era: o las dejabas abiertas para intentar ventilar (y cualquiera podía entrar desde la calle sin ningún obstáculo) o las cerrabas y te morías de calor. No existe ningún sistema de seguridad básico que permita ventilar con tranquilidad. Cuando comunicamos la situación y solicitamos la cancelación y reubicación, la solitude alquilar dos aires acondicionados portátiles, uno de los cuales no funcionaba y que hacían un ruido insoportable, imposible descansar.La gestora alegó posteriormente que era culpa de la ola de calor, cuando las temperaturas nocturnas exteriores eran de 25 grados y dentro había 32. Eso no es una ola de calor, es una casa sin aislar.
