Great location for walking, sightseeing, shopping, eating and drinking. Totally in the thick of it (but a quiet building and street!) Within walking distance to the subway and easy transfer for the shikansen and other trains. We used this as a base and actually nipped off to Hiroshima for a night in the middle of our stay here.
The apartment was clean , comfortable, small but perfectly formed. It felt safe and secure. Plenty of towels and toiletries + comfy bed.
Very basic kitchen and easy to use washing machine. I would happily stay here again.
We liked everything. It was perfect for our 5 night stay.
However, if you were planning to actually make full meals from scratch here then the kitchen utensils could feel limited. (Probably just enough for preparing convenience foods , take away etc.)

Great location with lots of dining options around
Room was pretty big and vert clean. Loved the washing machine so easy to use. Walking distance to downtown was great with 3 kids in tow
The check in process was difficult to navigate the Web webpage kept timing out and giving an error. Then the email instructions were not clear on how to get in the door and then find the lock box code to get into our room. It was not easy to find the lock box code again when checking out

The best was the location, very convenient
It’s basic, but fair. The wifi was not working. the check out is very early and they don’t ship if you forget something. It was clean and in general was enough for us .
