I will never stay at this location again
Not much
Would not stay here again – misleading listing & major odor issues
We booked the small bungalow on this property and had a rough experience from the start. Here’s what you should know:
• Strong cat urine smell on the porch and inside. Someone tried masking it with a heavy cleaner or fragrance, which made it worse and gave us headaches.
• Management wouldn’t come smell it themselves. Instead, they offered to “re-clean” or move us to the main house temporarily—then back to the bungalow.
• After cleaning, the back door was left unlocked, which felt unsafe.
Bungalow issues:
• Listing says 3 beds—one is a pull-out couch.
• Only two bedrooms share one bathroom.
• Humid and musty inside, even with cool weather.
• One bedroom had no working A/C, just a wall unit that looked like a heater and didn’t turn on.
• Windows couldn’t be opened—screens were full of holes.
• Felt dirty and run-down—we didn’t feel comfortable storing or preparing food here.
This defeated the entire purpose of choosing an Airbnb over a hotel.
Main house issues:
• No urine smell, but still had overpowering air fresheners.
• Soft, squeaky, uneven floors.
• Stained curtains, including one with a disturbing maroon-red stain.
• Mold on the bathroom ceiling, and cobwebs in the recessed lights.
Additional issue:
• The property is near a police station, a sheriff’s station, and two hospitals, so there were constant sirens going by all day and night—not peaceful at all.
This place was nothing like the listing and not well-maintained. Would not recommend.

Filthy & Loud
The shower head had great pressure, but that was it.
The floors were absolutely filthy. And sticky.
They clearly don’t take time to clean anything. There was so much dust and crap under the furniture. The window seals and trim boards don’t appear to get wiped down.
The fridge barely keeps anything cool.
The air conditioner unit doesn’t work, so it got very warm in the bedrooms- couldn’t sleep hardly.
This place sits right off the highway so it’s incredibly loud at night and echos.
There were crumbs in the kitchen drawers.
No cleaning supplies anywhere- not even dish soap to wash dishes. We had to buy Lysol wipes to clean everything.
The pots and pans were in awful unsafe condition for use- we had to buy our own just to cook for our kids.
The bathroom didn’t have any wash clothes at all, only towels. This is not a great place to stay
