The location is excellent- city centre, close to everything including easy to use Metro. The apartment is well equipped with kitchen equipment and has a washing machine too. There is an air conditioning unit - essential in loft apartment in Madrid heat. There is a lift to take you to the top floor.
Beware if you are very tall - this is a loft apartment and has roof beams. I am 5ft 11inches and had to stoop at times.
The shower enclosure is tricky to close securely and it's easy for water to leak out and wet the floor.
