You couldn't ask for a better location of value for money in the heart of Dotonbori! Neon lights, street food and entertainment were just a couple minutes away, with Lawson's less then a minutes walk. We stayed above a bubble tea shop, with a massage, karaoke and izakaya eateries all within 20 metres.
The owner was quick to respond and went above and beyond. Both our suitcases arrived with broken wheels, and they kindly offered to dispose of them for us. When my 18-year old daughter lost her passport on our first night, they even offered another apartment if we needed to to extend our stay. Thankfully, it was found at the train station's management office.
The apartment had everything we needed and more. We slept well, the air con worked a treat, and there were plenty of towels and toiletries, including toothbrushes and toothpaste. Ample shampoo, conditioner and body wash available.
Just be mindful that our apartment was on the third floor with no lift, so carrying heavy luggage can be a slight challenge. We'd happily stay again and highly recommend it.

The room is nice and clean, and the location is amazing. The only little problem is that the stairs are very tight, so for an elder or a person with some difficulties, maybe this is not the best choice.

Gera kaina, visa kita didelis kompromisas
Mažas numeris, žmonės lagaminus laiko koridoriuje. Vienam dar ok, dviese tikrai stumdytis reikes. Muzika girdisi iki 2h ryto. Bendras pastato AC, kuris neveikia,
diena karšta,
patalyne buvo švari, bet su senomis dėmėmis,
pelėsio kvapas,
atskiro dušo nėra, maudaisi wc zonoje, po to viskas aplinkui šlapia.
Bet kaina maža, gauni tai, kiek moki.
