Location, location, location. Excellent location. Staff was above awesome.
Not much to not like. The mattress wasn’t the most comfortable, but you have to understand it’s not your bed at home either.

Beautifully clean, light and airy. Excellent hosts who were super helpful throughout and checked in to make sure everything was going well.
Nothing, we loved it

Posizione fantastica, a 2 min a piedi dalla cattadrale. Centralissimo.

Location and bathrooms small but clean and beds comfortable.
We arrived at 20:10. The "automatic internet operated entry" did not work. At 20.35 we gave up trying to get in and messaged the hosts. 3 phone calls. A video call. 3 different people apologizing. Still we were not in the property. At 21.40 - a full 1 hour 30 minutes later other tourists let us into the house. At 21.54 the hosts called to let us know someone would be there to let us in, in 40 minutes. Which would have been 2 hours after we let them know there was a problem. At this price I expect someone onsite or at least a conventional key box for when the technology fails.
