First floor two bedroom, two full baths beautifully updated condo, within walking distance of the beach. The open floor plan provides a spacious feel and leads you to the massive screened in desk with a tropical wooded view. The condo also has a sleeper sofa that sleeps 2 more! Amenities include a pool and tennis courts. The condo is fully stocked for cooking including a kitchen table that seats up to 6 and washer and dryer. High speed internet and 2 smart TV's. First building in the complex.

Large screened in deck overlooking woods, accessible from the living room and primary bedroom. The pool is 20 feet from the condo with a wooded walking path to the beach, plus tennis courts.

We loved our stay! The property is beautiful and well stocked with everything we needed. It was right next to the pool and a short walk to the beach, shopping and restaurants. We will definitely stay again when we return to Amelia Island!

I liked the location. Publix and Walmart is close as well as restaurants and of cause, the beach. The property needs some updates that will make the place more enjoyable or at least a professional mentenance.
