Located downtown and a walkable distance to the beach. Boutiques, antique shopping, dining, and sandy beaches are all within walking distance. There is a wonderful farmer's market 1/2 block away Thursday afternoons. A short drive away, are polo fields, museums, zoological gardens, Ventura and Santa Barbara missions, Santa Ynez wine country, the Ojai Valley, and so much more. Carpinteria is a jewel on the West Coast! Come, stay, enjoy, and return often! Much attention to detail with the guest's experience in mind. Recently updated with all new furniture, fixtures, flooring, and much more. The unit comes with a fully equipped kitchen, A/C, wireless internet, on site shared laundry, BBQ grill and relaxing patio area. For our guest's convenience, bedrooms each have their own flat panel Smart TV's as well as the living area. The yard space, grill, and laundry are available for use by all guests. We manage the property offsite. Contact information for management is located in binder on the kitchen counter. Watermark is located right downtown. It is within walking distance to shopping, restaurants and the beach. Carpinteria is a very pedestrian town. Walking and bike riding are common modes of transportation.
