Located 5 km from downtown Bologna along Via Toscana/Via Andrea Costa toward the hills, this elegant and bright open-concept space is equipped with all the amenities, including ultra-fast Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and new, designer furnishings. It’s the ideal spot to enjoy Bologna and the Colli, with train and bus service available day and night. Don’t overlook the option to charge your electric car or bike in the parking lot next to the apartment.
I’m always available by phone to resolve any issues or assist guests. My parents, who live nearby, are always available to help with any issues that may arise.
It’s a quiet town with excellent amenities—you’ll find a post office, bank, coin-operated dry cleaner, supermarket, and all the services you need right at your fingertips. Convenient, free parking is available right outside the house and includes charging stations for electric cars and bikes. We’re close to Bellaria Hospital and the Bologna Fairgrounds. The new road connections make getting to Bologna even more convenient. To visit the city, I recommend taking the train—it runs on a convenient schedule throughout the day. In just 7 minutes, you’ll be at the Bologna train station, located right in the city center. There’s also a bus service, including nighttime runs. Don’t drive into downtown Bologna—the bus lanes are lined with cameras that issue fines. Parking is very expensive…. The bus and train services are convenient and efficient. If you want to visit the hills, a car is your only option….
