Locataion was excellent - very close to the CBD and Chinatown with many restaurants. Beds were comfortable and facilities clean and pleasant.
Not a huge problem but perhaps some sound proofing would be great as very noise - we stayed during period closer to the Melbourne Cup so may not be this noise on normal occassions.
