The amenities were wonderful - the breakfast options, and the afternoon cake & tea. The staff was also super nice and approachable, even if we didn't speak Chinese, they did their best to accommodate what we needed. Our concierge He Chenhao was great :)
I love that the service was great in every regard: the minibar items were included, and the laundry service was also included and delivered to our room!!
The only disappointing aspect was the gym, as it only has dumbbells and some cardio machines. We couldn't really keep up with our strength routines at this gym because it was tiny and limited. It's not something that affects my scoring of the hotel, but I was hoping to have access to a well-equipped gym during my stay in Shenzhen.
