Great hotel overall. Amazing, friendly and helpful staff. They are a real credit to the hotel.
The breakfast was understandably more suited to Asian tastes but was fine.

The whole place is modern, stylish and practical in design. The facilities run 24/7. I love the idea that when you check in you have 24 hours there (after 10.15am check-in time). The pool is great and the gym is spacious. I used both on the 2 nights I stayed there. The rooftop swimming pool has a great view.
I will definitely stay at Wink again in other locations too, even for a satycation when one opens in Hanoi next April.
Not a problem for me, but if the morning government tannoys or music from the aerobics bother you (even with earplugs) at 5am- for an hour, I'd get a room at the back, not the seaview.

Good location right at the citi center
We stayed 2 nights and no one clean up the room. We ran out of clean tower and toilet paper yet staff was not being able to get the room cleaned, they send some clean tower to pur room at 9 pm after so many call and in person request to the staff.
