Location, very welcoming, nice and helpful staff, traditional house, lovely court used for breakfast.
The apartment would benefit from some maintenance (e.g. no toilet seat and broken shower door) and renovation.
The price on booking almost doubled from one minute to the other as we were about to book, which was very frustrating.
