Bien placé et bien équipé mais le ménage laisse à désirer

Le logement présente plusieurs problèmes qui ont malheureusement dégradé notre séjour. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons constaté un manque de propreté à différents endroits : poussière et saletés dans certains coins, nombreuses toiles d’araignée et plusieurs araignées dans le logement. Les ventilateurs étaient également assez poussiéreux, et le pommeau de douche présentait des traces de saleté au niveau de la face d’où sort l’eau. Certaines casseroles étaient par ailleurs mal nettoyées. Côté équipements, la hotte de la cuisine ne fonctionnait pas. Le lave-vaisselle a quant à lui rencontré un problème à notre arrivée, avec un voyant semblant indiquer un souci d’arrivée d’eau, mais il a finalement fonctionné à partir du deuxième jour. Nous avons également découvert plusieurs éléments abîmés ou peu pratiques à utiliser : les pieds de la table du salon étaient cassés et maintenus avec du ruban adhésif, un carreau de la douche était cassé/décollé, et les commandes tactiles des plaques de cuisson étaient assez difficiles à utiliser et répondaient mal par moments. Enfin, en cherchant un mug dans un placard en hauteur de la cuisine, nous avons trouvé un verre cassé qui avait simplement été laissé sur place avec un papier indiquant « Broken glass », ce qui nous a particulièrement surpris. Nous avons signalé l’ensemble de ces éléments aux propriétaires au fur et à mesure de leur découverte et pris des photos. Sans ces différents désagréments, le séjour aurait pu être idéal, notamment grâce à l’excellent emplacement du logement, situé en plein centre de La Trinité-sur-Mer, ainsi qu’à la résidence, qui est très calme.

L’appartement, la vue

C’est indiqué qu’il faut se garer sur parking visiteurs, mais pendant notre séjour 2 voitures y étaient déjà garer et n’ont pas bouger. Du coup pour se garer c’était compliqué. De plus, l’appartement est mal isolé, nous entendions le voisinage
