Will NEVER come back

Location is good.

Very disappointing experience. We specifically booked a One-Bedroom Apartment for four adults because we were travelling as two couples and required a separate bedroom for privacy or at least something in between the beds. The Booking.com listing stated that the apartment included “1 bedroom” and “1 living room”. Upon arrival, we discovered that the accommodation was actually a studio with the bed and sofa bed located in the same room. There was no separate bedroom at all. The listing and photos created the impression that there was a separate sleeping area, including what appeared to be a divider behind the bed, but this was not the case in reality. In addition, only one bed was prepared despite the reservation being for four adults. When we opened the sofa bed, we found hairs on the mattress from a previous guest. We reported the issue immediately upon arrival and contacted the emergency number provided by the property since we arrived late at night. A report was created, but we were told that nothing could be done at that time and that we should contact the property the next day. No meaningful solution was offered. The most disappointing aspect was the response from management and our contact person Miguel… Rather than acknowledging our concerns or attempting to find a solution, we were simply told that we had booked the correct apartment and that we should have looked at the photos more carefully. They avoided a response on the hairs that were found. Unfortunately, this experience felt misleading and not customer-focused. We would not have booked this property had it been clear that there was no separate bedroom. Also, if staff would be more helpful and actually wanting people to have a good experience would have made a major difference. We have asked Booking.com to review the matter.

Room is cozy, surroundings not so much, fit for 2 people max.

We were three adults, don’t book unless you have a child and you stay for less than 3 nights. The couch was very hard and you have to turn it around every night to be able to open it. The trash outside the buildings were never taken out and we are the only building in the street with flies flying 24/7 in front of our door and windows.

Good location, modern and simple facilities

Good location, walking distance to public transport, supermarkets and the beach

Check in is late (4pm) and they don't allow you to hold/drop bags earlier. The whole stay works without meeting any human. Some people may like that. I like to talk to a human.
