One Toilet for 6 People is not Superbe!

It’s not superb! It’s an ugly run-down apartment block with one toilet for the whole apartment and steep stairs (no lift) to get to the entry. Definitely not comfortable for 6 people with a single toilet. The view over the road arches towards the sea is nice.

The host didn't have the slightest comprehension of customer service. Inflexible to the point of mulish. He refused to consider simple requests like temporary luggage storage or early check-in - Quote: “even if your request could be easily accommodated, there will be no deviations from the contract” 1. One toilet for 3 bedrooms. It's like the old pensions with a queue of people for the toilet down the corridor in the morning 2. No hanging space. No wardrobes. Even the cupboard drawers don’t open wide enough to put in clothes properly. 3. No lift. Steep, narrow stairs to carry the luggage to the apartment, which is on the first floor. No mention in property description. Totally impractical if you need help up stairs with your luggage 4. No hand towels . 1 bath time per person for the week. 5. No dish drying towel

Es wirkt alles wie gewollt, aber nicht gekonnt. Wann kann darin wohnen, aber nicht für den Preis.

Die Aussicht war schön. Die Klimaanlagen haben hervorragend funktioniert.

Der Preis ist viel zu hoch. Die Bilder sind stark mit Photoshop bearbeitet und entsprechen nicht der Realität. Das Gebäude ist insgesamt nicht besonders ansprechend und verfügt über sehr dünne Wände, sodass die Mieter in der Wohnung darunter jeden Schritt hören können. Mit einem Kind ist die Unterkunft daher nicht zu empfehlen. Wir mussten die ganze Zeit flüstern und hatten ständig Angst, dass sich die Nachbarn erneut beschweren. Auf den Schränken und der Dekoration lag überall Staub. An mehreren Stellen blättert die Farbe von den Wänden ab. Das Fenster in der Toilette ist beschädigt, zersprungen und hat sogar ein Loch. Am Hauseingang ragen zwei rostige Nägel aus einem provisorischen Trittbrett heraus. Der Küchentisch ist falsch montiert und wackelt bei jeder Bewegung gefährlich. Das Geschirr war bei unserer Ankunft nicht sauber und roch unangenehm. In einem Bett im dritten Schlafzimmer befanden sich Haarreste beziehungsweise Schamhaare. Das Treppenhaus wirkt mit seinen zerrissenen Tapeten aus den 1960er-Jahren sehr ungepflegt und wenig einladend. Im Obergeschoss gibt es keine richtige Tür, sondern eher eine provisorische Konstruktion, die an eine Terrassentür eines Wintergartens erinnert und sich zudem nicht abschließen lässt. Einer der Rollläden war bereits nach zweimaliger Benutzung defekt und ließ sich nicht mehr schließen. Die WC-Brille besteht aus einfachem Kunststoff und wirkt qualitativ sehr minderwertig. Auf der Terrasse bröckelt der Beton an der Seitenverkleidung beziehungsweise am Geländer ab. Im Badezimmer befindet sich außerdem Schimmel an der Duschverkleidung. Einige Steckdosen sind locker und nicht fachmännisch montiert. Es wirkt alles unprofessionell.

Nagyon tiszta, csodaszep kilatassal a nemzeti parkra. A tengerpart par perc gyalog! Kisboltba kozlekedni csak autoval erdemes. Nagyon kenyelmes 5-6 fo reszere, ajanlani tudom.
