Excellent location, sun trap outside. Easy to follow instructions, well maintained, clean. The two en suites were perfect for our family. Would definitely like to go again.
Property itself was lovely. The facilities (bar) around the pool area were closed on Sunday & Monday (apparently this is the same all year round). However there are plenty of close by alternatives.

Very good position in Playa de las Americas. The apartment was as expected, clean and with a very nice terrace. I read the review left few weeks ago but honestly I did not find any of the issues reported there. The apartment was clean, equipped and very comfortable. The pool in Parque Santiago 1 is very nice, with not so high prices to rent umbrellas and sunbeds. There is an also a bar/restaurant by the pool The full complex is nice, clean and comfortable.

The area was ideal
The apartment needs to be updated. sockets need sorting out, and a lick of paint is long overdue, and a good clean would be ideal needs air conditioning in the living room
