The location.
I chose this location because it was central and offered PARKING.
In reality, the "parking" was either on the street—in front of a shop, where the car risked being hit or scraped by other vehicles, given how narrow the street was—or on a plot of land next to the property that was covered in trash. On one of the evenings, this area was completely full, forcing me to find paid parking elsewhere. I must point out that I paid extra for the parking, which is why I am so upset.
The rooms were reasonably clean, but there was definitely room for improvement.
Realistically speaking, a 7 is the highest rating this place deserves.
