Even the person I contacted doesn’t give good responses

Dear Booking.com Support, I am extremely angry and disappointed with this homestay. The condition of the property was unacceptable and completely different from what was advertised on Booking.com. I strongly do NOT recommend this place to anyone. The listing clearly showed a refrigerator, but the fridge provided was not working at all. This is misleading and unacceptable for paying guests. The homestay was also very dirty and poorly maintained: * Dust and dirt all over the shelves and surfaces * Dirty bathroom area and corners * Unclean floors and surrounding areas * Overall unhygienic environment In addition, there were no proper free toiletries provided as expected, and the kitchenware was not properly equipped for guests to use. Basic necessities that were advertised or expected in a homestay were missing. I also contacted and texted the owner regarding all these issues, but I did not receive any proper response or solution from them. The owner was not helpful and handled the complaint very poorly. I have attached photos as proof of the actual condition of the property. Booking.com should seriously investigate this homestay because the listing does not reflect the real condition at all. I expect Booking.com to take immediate action regarding this matter. Thank you.
