Good facilities & good transport links, spotless

The property is very conveniently located right next to a supermarket (Lidl), a main street with restaurants, cafes, etc. and very close to Ayora underground station. It was very clean, with good appliances and all the necessary items for cooking (crockery, cutlery, etc.). Good size TV. Air conditioning.

On a ground floor out of the Old Quarter, so no character, but convenient for those who want to save by cooking their own meals. Sometimes there was noise from the street but in general it was very quiet.

Apartment was good localed, was nice decorated and very clean. Beds were very comfortable.

Very clean apartment.

Perfect for short stay getaways

Ideally located between the beach and the city centre. Small but cosy apartment, ideal for a city break. Owners were very responsive to questions.

I would have liked some way to lock the door from the inside, as a sense of security. The door did lock but maybe it would be beneficial to have an additional physical lock from the inside for overnight.

5 / 10

Did the job.

Property is located far from the centre and the beach, but the local tube/ tram station is convenient for getting to the centre the beach within 15 minutes and to/ from the airport. The air con and shower were excellent. the hosts were responsive and provided extra blankets when we requested them. The bed was comfy and the apartment provided most things you would need. Overall we think the cost saving is worth it to stay here.

The area didn’t have loads going on, just off a main road with McDonald’s, Lidl and Burger King, the apartment was on a square which had homeless people/ teenagers loitering around in. That being said there are some very good, more ‘locals’ restaurants/ bakeries a short walk away and we ate some of the best food we had a walk from the apartment rather than the old town. The apartment was cold, clinical and lacked character/ soft furnishing. The terrace is not a terrace. Not pleasant enough to sit out on. Worked well for drying clothes/ towels.
