Where do I start? Modern, clean, well equipped and tastefully decorated. All you really need is your clothes and whatever food you want to bring. There was never a " oh they don't have this utensil!" moment (even had a teabag squeezer).
Good sized fridge freezer along with slow cooker, Air fryer, gas hob / oven, coffee, tea and sugar supplied along with cafetière Toilet rolls, Shower gel, shampoo, conditioner all in dispensers mounted in the shower and hairdryer. Cleaning supplies are in abundance with a hoover and a steamer for your clothes if needed
Lovely decking at the front which would be great to sit out on during a summer evening.
Storm Austin was on the horizon and the owner even put bottled water in the fridge in case we had a powercut so we could make a brew. Welcome snacks included. The owner has done a fantastic job creating the accomodation and we were even happy to stay in and enjoy the place when the storm came through.
Site itself well maintained with staff clearing up leaves and keeping the site tidy.
This is really at the top end of this type of accomodation. It was so good I forgot it was a static caravan.
I will choose this over a hotel when I am in the area again.
These are related to the property but do not detract from it and are moreover suggestions.
Main bins are situated near the main enterance. Recommend using small binliners/ plastic bags and drop off on your way out for the day. Don't leave rubbish outside as gulls ...will make a heck of a mess.
If you are a family and have a big case. Empty it and leave it in the car. You can have the case in the main bedroom but the suggestion is just if you want more space. A smaller case can go on top of the wardrobe (hand carry).

We had a lovely mini-break here. Lots of nice personal touches. Well equipped, and very clean. Communication with the owner was excellent. Hope to go again next year.
