Good central location. I had the room on the top floor so no noise from the street below. It’s a very large apartment, very well appointed.
The bedroom at the rear had a huge window which had a broken slatted blind. This prevented any real privacy in the bedroom.
Internet was non existent throughout the whole stay. I stayed here on business and needed a VAT invoice, but despite requesting 3 times, nothing came through. For that I wouldn’t stay again.

The great location, beautiful interior design, ease of check in. It was warm on arrival, bath was fantastic and bed was so so comfy. Easy to buy wine in the apartment. Toilet roll and other utensils were provided.
Paying an extra 25 quid for a waiver or a deposit of 250 in case of damages that were not listed until after check in.
Paid extra for late check out and a woman walked in to the apartment at 11.15am. Check out is 11.30am,, we were nearly ready to leave. So a door knock could have been enough.

Location in the city centre was perfect. Very spacious, clean and perfect location for exploring the city.

Beautiful apartment. Great location
We booked 2 apartments. 1 for 4 people and 1 for 2 people. The sofa bed was not made up and there wasn't enough bedding to make the bed up properly. The sofa bed had stains on the mattress. The sofa itself had white stains on too. The mirror in the lounge is unclean, everything was dusty. Smell coming from the copper bath in the bedroom. There is a large amount of bedding in bags in the stairway - some of this looked clean but some were in open bags and definitely dirty. Blinds in the loft apartment are broken so no way to shut out the light in the morning.
