About this cottage rental
Located 9 km from Sainte-Foy-la-Grande (shops) and 20 km from Bergerac, this detached 278 m² house is situated on the owners' vineyard. Ground floor: Living room with kitchenette, fireplace, and TV. One bedroom with two electric 80x200 cm mattresses. One dormitory-style bedroom with four 90x190 cm beds, including two bunk beds. Laundry room with shower. Shower room. Two separate toilets.
A second living room with a table, six chairs, and a two-seater sofa is also available.
Upstairs: Four bedrooms: two 90 cm beds, one 140 cm bed, and two 160 cm beds. Bathroom. Toilet. Gas central heating.
Linens, electricity, and firewood are included. Towels: €3 per person per change. Bed linen: €14 per bed per change. End-of-stay cleaning: €160. Heating €25/day. Pet supplement €5/day/pet. In the heart of the Bergerac vineyards (20 km) and on sunny slopes, this former farmhouse has been converted into a large gîte (holiday cottage). Far from any road and 100 m from the owner's winegrower's house, the gîte is surrounded by biodynamically farmed vines, with the utmost respect for nature and its inhabitants. Vineyards and fortified towns (bastides) are the two jewels of this region: it is in the heart of its renowned vineyards (Monbazillac, Saussignac, Montravel, Pécharmant, etc.) that the town of Bergerac rises. Tennis courts are 500 m away in Saussignac. Private pond on site (dry in summer).
Outside the house, enjoy the large, unfenced 1500 m² garden with a small covered terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, sun loungers, ping-pong table, and swing. Private, unheated swimming pool measuring 10x5m and 1m to 1.60m deep. Open from June 1st to September 15th. Secured by a fence and alarm. Access via Roman steps.
