Do you prefer a little more space for just the two of you, or are there four of you? Then the alpstyle plus apartment, measuring approximately 45 square meters, is the right choice.
Early bird or late sleeper? Whether you’re a night owl or an early bird, you’ll both agree: a box-spring bed (1.80 × 2 meters) and a comfortable sleeper sofa (1.60 × 2 meters) in separate rooms are at your disposal. From the living/dining area, you’ll have a fantastic view of the Zahmer Kaiser.
The small but well-equipped kitchen lets you cook full meals in a compact space—thanks to a 2-burner induction stove, a full-size refrigerator, and a combination microwave/grill. On your own terrace or balcony (*depending on the location of the alpstyle plus), you can enjoy a well-chilled glass of wine from the separate wine cooler on 10–15 square meters when the weather permits.
Reit im Winkl, a climatic health resort According to Wikipedia, the designation “climatic health resort” is awarded to “locations whose air and climate, according to an expert assessment, possess characteristics that are beneficial for relaxation and health.” Reit im Winkl was designated a climatic health resort in 1956 and has consistently met the criteria for this designation through its ongoing efforts ever since. One key factor is its high elevation, which ensures that summer heat is moderated and nights remain pleasantly cool. The town is surrounded by extensive mountain forests of the Chiemgau Alps and, in terms of its general climate, belongs to the “Bavarian Alps” climate region. The character of the weather is decisively determined by the local conditions—that is, by the influence of the mountain ranges and valleys on weather patterns. In addition to the natural conditions for good air quality, we actively work to preserve the fresh mountain air through the use of geothermal heating and an extensive bus service.
