This luxuriously furnished vacation home is located in the gated Fairhaven Estate and offers views across the entire False Bay and toward Table Mountain. A sunset view is therefore guaranteed.

The house features a pool and a private, air-conditioned fitness room with a treadmill, exercise bike, back trainer, yoga mats, and weights. You can use the 86-inch TV as a personal trainer with various apps, or relax on the couch and watch German or international TV.

The property
The vacation home features a summer garden with sliding doors, a traditional built-in braai, and a lounge set with a table and armchairs. From there, you have a magnificent view across the entire bay all the way to Table Mountain, and the wine cooler invites you to enjoy a sundowner. Two lounge chairs and a modern Weber gas grill are also provided.

The three bedrooms are all equipped with ample closet space, with the master bedroom featuring its own air conditioning, a walk-in closet with a makeup area, and an en suite bathroom with a shower and tub. The other two bedrooms share a bathroom with a shower and a bathtub.

For work, there is a spacious workstation as well as high-speed internet via fiber-optic cable. WiFi is available throughout the house.

The spacious living-dining-kitchen area is also equipped with heating and air conditioning. A sound system and a 65-inch TV with international and German channels round out the amenities. For colder days, there’s a wood-burning stove, and firewood is provided. Warm blankets are also available.

The house is equipped with a side-by-side refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, and dryer. Towels, soap, etc., are included.

A housekeeping/cleaning service is available during your stay for a fee.

The house features a solar power system with a generous battery storage capacity (10 kWh), which means that so-called load shedding (temporary power outages) is no longer a problem.
