Romantic mill estate in an idyllic, secluded location!
Cozy little country house, furnished with attention to detail, surrounded by meadows and forests along the Dörsbach River in the Nassau Nature Park.
Peace and relaxation, a warm welcome! Just unwind.
You’ll stay in a separate guesthouse, approx. 35 m², furnished with attention to detail and renovated using natural materials. Ideal for nature lovers, hikers, and mountain bikers. A personalized vacation, a romantic getaway.
Open-concept layout. Living room with sleeping loft, open kitchen with wooden countertop—separated from the living and dining area only by the counter—small, elegant bathroom with a glass-enclosed shower, and a balcony with views of nature and the sunrise.
You can reach the cozy sleeping loft under the roof via a space-saving staircase; the ceiling height up there is low, approx. 1.50 m. A third sleeping area can be used in the TV nook.
Everything is very well-maintained; we place great importance on cleanliness so that you feel completely at home.
Fly screens are provided.
There’s a bread oven—would you like to try baking bread the traditional way?
There are numerous attractions nearby:
The Rhine, the Lahn, Bad Ems, the Loreley, Rüdesheim, Koblenz’s "Deutsches Eck," Limburg’s Old Town, Wiesbaden, Mainz, and Frankfurt—all within a 1-hour drive.
An ideal starting point for visiting all the surrounding Christmas markets.

We enjoyed the region and the direct surrounding nature a lot. The house is very cosy. The BBQ did some overtime. :-) We would definitely come back.

Schönes und wirklich geschmackvoll eingerichtetetes Ferienhäuschen mit super netter Betreuung durch die Vermieter.
Durch die traumhafte Lage kann man auch im Winter wunderschöne Schneewanderungen direkt vom Haus aus unternehmen. Gleichzeitig hat man nach kurzen Autofahrten die Möglichkeit durch die anliegenden schönen Städtchen zu schlendern.
Wir haben den Urlaub wirklich sehr genossen und hoffen bald wiederkommen zu können.
