was literally waiting for us on arrival
Our flight was delayed & they were very quick & helpful when responding to us
they had changed the apartment we had booked but think we got the better one it was beautiful with an amazing outdoor space with wonderful views
i do think they would have sorted our issues but due to having a wedding after our delayed arrival we were 3 days in when we spent any time at the villa
also let us keep the apartment until our taxi arrived at 7pm
2 ensuites but only one could be used as one of the sliding doors for the shower was missing
cleaning wasnt great. it looked like someone had moved out & you could see in the fridge where they had had items that had leaked, milk and marks in the door trays mainly
glass on kitchen worktop, some glass on the floor near the pool & lots of bits evreywhere on the floor as though it had been mopped to certain points then not swept up afterwards
sometimes it was hard to find someone on reception , but keys where always available on desktop
we had few hours one day without warning that the water would not be available due to maintenance
most days about 5pm for quite a while there was drilling literally underneath our villa ( i assume for the same reason)
i think they would have sorted our issues but we didnt complain, due to arriving 9 hours later than expected, had a wedding that day and a birthday party on our 2nd day so felt it was too late then

Es war alles easy und kompliziert. Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub und die Unterkunft würde ich jedem weiterempfehlen:)

Mooie villa met alles er op en aan. In 1 woord geweldig
Alles was prima. Een wind scherm zou evt een mooi aanvulling zijn maar geen must

The property is brand new and the location is absolutely amazing. The facility itself has a lot of potential and could easily be an excellent place to stay.
Unfortunately, the biggest issue was the cleanliness and overall maintenance. The cleaning standard was very poor, and the pool water did not appear to be properly maintained or taken care of. For a property of this quality, we expected much better attention to hygiene and regular upkeep.
With proper professional hosting, better cleaning, and proper pool maintenance, this could be an amazing facility. The property and location are already there — it just needs much better management and attention to detail.
