Unwelcoming, impersonal and no staff on site.

Not much. The room and location were as advertised. Otherwise an unpleasant experience

Very unwelcoming and no staff on site. In fact no welcome at all. We made a very normal and straightforward request and the response was in part “we don’t have any staff so you will have to make your own arrangements.” There was an apology, as if that makes up for no assistance. The phone help line has recorded messages and all enquiries or requests for assistance must go through a messaging system. The check in requires passports to be uploaded into the hotel website which goes against all advice for protection of identity. All in all a very unsatisfactory experience.

We enjoyed our stay it was comfortable

Great location to trains, shops & eateries

Self check in was a bit challenging to navigate

8 / 10

All good.

Location is superb convenient.

Understand the cleaner tried their best to clean up the room, however, it would be good if they can freshen up the room. As my last visit, the room I am staying in has an unpleasant smell and I have to get my own diffuser to put in the room.

Location was great but otherwise it was just ok.

The directions to the loation were very unclear. Google Maps took us to three different locations before we finally found the front of the actual building.
