We had an amazing stay. Yancy was incredibly friendly, communicative and helpful throughout our visit, and she was also very flexible with our check-out, which made things much easier for us.
The bungalow itself is extremely clean, modern and very well equipped. Everything felt fresh and comfortable, and it even smelled wonderful when we arrived. One of the absolute highlights was the incredible view of the volcano directly from the bed. Waking up to that view was unforgettable.
The location is also a perfect base for exploring the area around the volcano and visiting the hot springs. We would definitely stay here again!
