Location excellent; old town 10-15 minute walk north, Plenty of local shops, restaurants and local bike hire available and 15 minute walk south to Carrefoure if wished.
Appartment comfortable, well equipped and very clean (see comment below). Situated on the first floor (not gnd floor) and the balcony faces west overlooking the local football pitch therefore good for sitting in the late afternoon sun but in summer it would be too hot in the afternoon. Had the advantage of being able to watch football matches if that is of interest.
Good wifi and facilities; host friendly, contactable, and helpful if any problems arose.
The appartment was very clean and would have gven a 4* had it not been that the cutlery and pan needed a good clean before use. Somehow that must have been missed by the cleaner, but not a big issue.
The only other comment I would make is that it would not be a great expense to provide a toilet roll in the bathroom(s) and a bin liner, otherwise these have to be one of the first local purchases.
