The ambience, vibe.
Limited menu. Bed too hard.

The breakfast was a buffet. Consisting of eggs, bacon was also available. I would say the breakfast was adequate but not by any means over the top. Coffee or hot chocolate was also available along with mango juice. The food in the dining room was very good and the chocolate lava cake with vanilla ice cream was spectacular. We also enjoyed the jet skiing that we did in the lake in front of the Vivanti Hotel.
The pool could have been warmer I had to ask the staff to increase the temperature and the same applied to the jacuzzi it was not hot enough. One day the staff raised the temperature of the jacuzzi as they also realized that the temperature was not adequate the next day the jacuzzi was also cool and I asked if they could raise the temperature to a comfortable level and they did not do anything which was disappointing. The pillows on the bed are ok quality not great.

The property is located in a nice area of the lake the rooms are elegant and spacious. They offer breakfast and is amazing also the place has a restaurant where also the food is amazing and the staff is very attentive and friendly
Only two things I didn’t like first the access to this place is not a nice road is a very tight road were if a car is going up the car going down must stop or back up. Scary in a way and in darkness is even more scary cause the road is made only for one vehicle going up or down. Secondly the wifi when I stayed I don’t know if it was a faulty wifi modem but at midnight no wifi connection in any area of the place.
