The location was fantastic, walkable to lots of places we wanted to go. Check in was very easy and apartment was very spacious and clean. Looked just like the pictures so knew what to expect. The details sent in advance on how everything worked (heating, dishwasher etc) was a useful touch. Showers were good.
The pillows were unfortunately small, old and thin, so could do with an upgrade. Shame as bed was otherwise comfy. There was no corkscrew in the kitchen which would have been handy (we left one there for benefit of future wine drinking guests). The kitchen floor was cleaned and polished so well it was really slippery.

The location was perfect everything in central London was walking distance from the apartment including bond Street , regent Street , Oxford Street , Mayfair everything
Nothing that we didn't like the except the very strict check in and check out times

Location
No pressure in the water , not clean, water taste as if it has been piped through the heating system , carpet worn out and ridged by front door
