8 / 10Excellent·Oct 2026

Great communication with the hosts that were very accomodating in changing dates due to unexpected circumstances. The room was clean and homely. Was a little out of town than expected but was certainly close enough and fine to do the short drive.

The breakfast was simple muesli, fruit, and yoghurt. Was sufficient for one day but not a two-day stay.

My second stay, as I was very happy with the first one. Lovely rural location, very attractive unit, very comfortable, and I loved the colourful decor! Very nice breakfast, and I appreciated the unit having a separate entrance, so that I didn't disturb the owners when I came and went, as I got back quite late each night.

A hook or hooks on the back of the bathroom door would have been helpful to hang clothes on while showering, also a small shelf near the basin for toiletries. I also found the diffuser perfume a little overpowering, I don't remember it being as strong on my previous visit.

A little far from Alexandra but worth it.
