Location was perfect, just 5min away from the town center. The flat was roomy and very bright. It was well decorated and easy to keep. We felt at home straight away with the family ( 10 year old + 11 year old kids)
The only slight negative was the bed mattresses which were not top range, but we still slept alright. Also, it would have been nice to have more cutlery than just a set of 4 for everything so we didn't have to wash things straight away each time we used them, but this is is a very minor point which did not affect our enjoyment of the flat. One suggestion: inform the customers that the coffee machine requires Nescafé Dolce Gusto pods

Very spacious and clean apartment, great location in St Andrews! Nice to have sachets of instant coffee for use.
Could put more effort into the garden area, fencing off the bins and putting some more decoration to make it less bare. Also the inside handle on the downstairs bedroom was broken so you could get locked inside the room, this urgently needs fixing as is safety concern in case of emergency!

Great location Clean and good decor
Mattresses so uncomfortable had to sleep on spare single duvets as mattress so poor Sofas also really uncomfortable it’s going to take my back a while to recover
