Estaba todo muy limpio y cuidado , nos puso té de bienvenida, la piscina en la terraza y las vistas son muy buenas , nos ofreció una comida típica en la terraza a buen precio y riquísima , hay tiendas tradicionales para comprar a precios locales

One word - AMAZING! The location, the apartment, the food, and the super friendly host. As well as ensuring we were well looked after, he even spent a day driving us around some of the sites. Through all our travels in Egypt, our time at Nagar Apartments was definitely the highlight! I'd recommend the West Bank as you have a completely different atmosphere to the touristy East Bank, but you can still get there quickly on the local ferry if you want. The photos for this property don't lie (many of them do in Egypt) and we enjoyed rooftop dining looking out over the Nile in one direction and towards the mountains in the other. Simply spectacular!
Little bit tricky to find the first time but owner gave our driver good instructions.

We had an amazing stay at Najar villa.
At the first place I have to point out an outstanding hospitality from the host, on a level that you don’t see that often.
The apparent itself was very spacious and clean, and fully equipped with facilities.
Also I have to point out an amazing location of Nagar Villa, its within 15mins drive from all major sites in Thebes Necropolis. Moreover it also sits in 5min walking distance from the Nile river ferry station, which makes it super confusing to explore the Eastern bank of Luxor.
Finally it has a picturesque rooftop garden with uninterrupted views on Nile river and Luxor temple.
Definitely a place to stay in Luxor

The apartments are spacious, comfortable, and well suited for families. The staff working at the property were also kind and helpful, and I have no complaints about them. The hot air balloon tour arranged through the property was also a positive experience, and I would recommend it.
Unfortunately, our experience with the owner, Nagar, was very disappointing, and we left feeling that we had been taken advantage of.
From the moment we booked, communication was unclear. I asked several questions about prices and services, many of which were never properly answered. Once we arrived, Nagar presented himself as someone we could fully trust, repeatedly warning us that other people in Luxor would overcharge or take advantage of tourists. He strongly encouraged us to arrange everything through him rather than using external providers.
Unfortunately, we eventually felt that he was doing exactly what he had warned us about.
There was a constant lack of transparency regarding prices. Rates were not clearly communicated in advance, and we even noticed that other guests were being quoted different prices for similar services.
For example, a tour initially presented as costing $20 turned out to cost $20 per person, doubling the amount we had understood we would pay. This was only clarified later, around the time Nagar realised we would not be booking any further services through him. Whether intentional or not, this left us feeling misled.
Another particularly frustrating experience involved a meal. Nagar recommended a restaurant he worked with and assured us that everything would be taken care of. When we specifically asked how much the meal would cost, he told us not to worry and that we could pay later. We subsequently learned that the meal for two cost 320 EGP (approximately $6–7), yet Nagar charged us $14. Once again, the price had not been communicated clearly beforehand.
All the additional services were charged to us in US dollars. After spending more time in Luxor and comparing prices independently, we realised that several of the services offered through the property, particularly transfers, were considerably more expensive than other available options.
We had also arranged a Spanish-speaking guide well in advance.
