The location was easy to find close to M6. The nexr street had a lot of shops and bars. Walking distance is the Mall Rio

Cozy Stay in Madrid!

We had a pleasant stay in this lovely apartment in Madrid. It was cozy, clean, and well-maintained, making it a comfortable base for our trip. The neighbourhood was fantastic, with a great vibe and easy access to local amenities. Overall, a solid choice for anyone visiting Madrid, and we enjoyed our time here!

Incompetencia absoluta

Nada

NO se pudieron recoger las llaves, por lo que todo relacionado con el equipamiento del apartamento, no puedo responder. Sin embargo, la comunicación por mail es rápida, al teléfono NO contestan con lo que si hay un problema, te tienes que buscar la vida, La familia fue al edificio, les abrieron, pero no cogieron el teléfono para informarles de los pasos a seguir. Cuando se preparó la asistencia de la familia, se preguntó expresamente si YO tenía que hacer algo más, las respuesta fue: "Está todo perfecto no te preocupes". El día que yo viajaba, me mandaron el PIN de acceso y como hay que realizar para acceder, pero claro, si la persona que viaja no tiene acceso al mail, esta información no se ve, hasta que llega al destino. Esto se vio ya tarde, se informó a la familia y aun así la familia fue de nuevo, pero ya no se podía acceder al edificio. Se tubo que buscar una alternativa. Cosas a mejorar, 1. Enviar las instrucciones antes, para que la gente que tenga que ir, esté informada de la operativa a seguir, no enviar el mismo día, cuando se viaje, y cuando tienes las maletas en las manos. (puedo entender que no den el numero de PIN para el acceso a las llaves, pura lógica) pero el resto se puede proporcionar con antelación. 2º COGER EL TELEFONO!!!!!!, Si hay un problema, está el teléfono para solventarlo, esto es una servicio básico para mantener un negocio de este tipo, si se hubiera respondido a las llamadas, todo hubiera ido bien.3º Sabiendo lo que ha ocurrido, al menos hay que pedir disculpas, hay una persona responsable de coger el teléfono y NO ha cumplido con su tarea y responsabilidad, así que si no cumples, al menos te disculpas. He solicitado una factura, que ya me la han proporcionado, ahora iré al seguro, Si el seguro me paga, os dejo tranquilos, si no me paga, os llevo a los tribunales. Sinceramente esto ha sido un fallo bien grande, no estoy escribiendo esto por placer. Un cordial saludo

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, blisko metro, wokół dużo sklepów, LIDL, sporo małych knajp, miły zarządca

Po dotarciu na miejsce portier nie otwierał drzwi wejściowych, więc musiałyśmy trochę zaczekać, żeby ktokolwiek nas wpuścił. W mieszkaniu czekały na nas 3 duże ręczniki, mimo, że byliśmy w 5 osób. W jednej z sypialni nie było klimatyzacji. Przez to, że klimatyzacja była podłączona rurą przez okno bardzo łatwo byłoby się wkraść do mieszkania. Nie dało się wziąć prysznica bez zalewania całej łazienki, co trochę utrudniało korzystanie z niej. No i trzeba uważać na łażące karaluchy.
